Nuts
Nut Categories
Finished Hex Nuts
General‑purpose hex nuts used across structural, mechanical, and industrial assemblies. Available in standard configurations and print‑specific variations.
Heavy Hex Nuts
Hex nuts designed for structural and high‑load applications where increased bearing surface and strength are required.
Machine Screw Nuts
Smaller‑diameter nuts intended for use with machine screws in precision assemblies, electronics, and light industrial applications.
Regular Square Nuts
Square‑profile nuts commonly used in legacy equipment, rail, agricultural, and structural applications where wrench access or anti‑rotation is required.
Weld Nuts
Nuts designed for permanent attachment to a base material prior to assembly, enabling one‑side fastening in production environments.
Stamped Nuts
Formed nuts produced for high‑volume applications where geometry and loading allow for stamped construction.
Special Machined Nuts
Custom‑machined nuts produced to customer drawings, including non‑standard geometries, special thread forms, and tight tolerance requirements.
Self‑Locking Nuts
Nuts designed to resist loosening under vibration, thermal cycling, or dynamic loading through mechanical or prevailing‑torque locking features.
Standard vs. Print‑Specific Nut Supply
Many applications are satisfied with standard nut configurations. Others require print‑specific nuts due to unique thread requirements, geometry, material, or performance constraints. G‑Fast supports both scenarios by sourcing and manufacturing nuts strictly to customer‑approved prints.
When prints are provided, we review them for manufacturability, feasibility, and cost efficiency. Any recommendations are subject to customer engineering approval and must be reflected on an updated drawing prior to production.
Materials and Manufacturing Methods
Across our nut categories, materials and manufacturing processes are selected based on application requirements, volume, and performance needs. Depending on the category and specification, nuts may be produced through machining, cold forming, hot forging, or stamping. Detailed material options and manufacturing considerations are addressed within each category page.
How G‑Fast Fits In
G‑Fast supplies standard and print‑specific nuts across a wide range of industries, supporting both commercial and government‑specified requirements. We do not provide design or engineering services; all production is based on customer‑approved specifications.
