A Complete CNC Machining Series for Precision Parts and Reliable Delivery

G-Fast Distribution provides CNC machining services built around precision, manufacturability, and dependable delivery.

Rather than treating CNC machining as a single capability, G-Fast approaches it as a coordinated series of specialized processes, each selected based on part geometry, tolerance requirements, material, and production volume.

Our CNC Machining Series is organized around three core disciplines:

  • CNC Turning
  • CNC Milling
  • Swiss CNC Screw Machining

Each process plays a distinct role within a modern manufacturing environment and is applied where it delivers the greatest technical and economic advantage.

CNC MACHINING AS AN INTEGRATED MANUFACTURING ENVIRONMENT

CNC machining is most effective when processes are selected intentionally. At G-Fast, CNC machining is used to produce components requiring tight dimensional control, predictable assembly behavior, consistent repeatability, and reliable delivery aligned with production schedules.

Parts may be produced using a single CNC process or a combination of turning, milling, and Swiss machining, depending on design intent and functional requirements

THE G-FAST CNC MACHINING SERIES

CNC TURNING

CNC turning is optimized for cylindrical and rotational components where concentricity, roundness, and surface finish are critical. Typical applications include shafts, pins, bushings, threaded components, and custom fasteners. Turning often serves as a primary process and foundation for secondary milling operations.

CNC MILLING

CNC milling enables the production of features that cannot be achieved through turning alone, including flat surfaces, pockets, slots, profiles, and tightly positioned hole patterns. Milling may be used as a primary process or as a secondary operation on turned or forged components to deliver assembly-ready parts.

SWISS CNC SCREW MACHINING

Swiss CNC machining is designed for small-diameter, high-precision parts requiring tight tolerances and efficient production. Guide bushing support minimizes deflection, while live tooling enables multiple features to be produced in a single setup, improving efficiency and consistency.

MATERIALS EXPERTISE

G-Fast supports CNC machining across carbon and alloy steels, stainless steels, non-ferrous metals, and specialty materials. Material selection is reviewed to balance performance, manufacturability, and lead time requirements.

QUALITY BUILT INTO THE PROCESS

Quality is driven by process control and engineering judgment. Tolerances are aligned with functional requirements, datum-based strategies are applied, and inspection methods are matched to feature criticality to ensure parts assemble and perform as intended.

BEST AVAILABLE LEAD TIMES

Best Available Lead Times are achieved by selecting the appropriate CNC process, minimizing unnecessary secondary operations, coordinating materials early, and sequencing production intelligently. Delivery commitments are based on realistic manufacturing capability.

ENGINEERING-FOCUSED SUPPORT

Through our Fasteneering® process, supplied prints are reviewed for manufacturability, feasibility, and cost efficiency.

Any recommendations are provided for customer review and approval prior to production.

ABOUT THE PARTS SHOWN ON THIS SITE

All photographs shown throughout the G-Fast website represent actual parts manufactured and supplied to G-Fast customers over the years. These images reflect real production work across a wide range of materials, geometries, and machining processes.

Because these are not stock images or conceptual renderings, our team can discuss the manufacturing approach, material selection, process considerations, and application context for any part shown. If a specific component raises a question or resembles a current requirement, we are happy to provide additional insight based on direct experience.

WHY G-FAST DISTRIBUTION

G-Fast approaches CNC machining as a coordinated system rather than a collection of disconnected services. By applying turning, milling, and Swiss machining where each performs best, we deliver precision components with dependable quality and reliable lead times.
